These starter terms explain how Zikmoo accounts, music data, community features, artist tools, and opt-in promotion features are intended to work.
Last updated July 8, 2026By creating an account, connecting an integration, claiming a profile, posting content, or using Zikmoo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Zikmoo on behalf of an artist, label, manager, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Zikmoo is designed around one music identity that can connect listener, artist, label, manager, reviewer, and staff workflows. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, including your email, phone number, profile handle, artist or label claims, and connected integrations.
We may ask artists, labels, managers, and staff users for additional verification before giving access to claim tools, campaign tools, analytics, or administrative areas.
Zikmoo may import or organize music data from services you connect, public sources, partner feeds, and Zikmoo activity. This can include profile information, listening history, playlists, saved music, charts, reviews, ratings, release data, artist information, and location signals you choose to provide.
Charts, rankings, activity scores, recommendations, and analytics are product features. They may be incomplete, experimental, delayed, or changed as we improve the service.
You may post reviews, ratings, lists, chart configurations, comments, profile text, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give Zikmoo permission to host, display, format, rank, summarize, and share it within the service and in Zikmoo promotional surfaces.
Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, invasive of privacy, infringing, or designed to manipulate charts or accounts.
Artist and label tools are meant to help verified music teams manage official profiles, release context, promotion campaigns, and analytics. Campaign access may be reviewed, limited, paused, or removed if a campaign is misleading, abusive, unlawful, or harmful to users.
Zikmoo may offer paid promotion products, sponsored placements, messaging tools, and analytics products. We will continue to separate user opt-in choices from artist and label access.
I agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Zikmoo at the phone number I provide. Consent is not a condition of creating an account or using Zikmoo. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
You can use Zikmoo without consenting to marketing texts. If you opt in, you can revoke SMS consent by replying STOP to a Zikmoo text when that channel is active, by using account settings when available, or by contacting us at privacy@zikmoo.com.
Zikmoo, the Zikmoo brand, product design, software, and original content are owned by Zikmoo or its licensors. Music names, artist names, album art, lyrics, reviews, and other third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.
Zikmoo is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, ranking methods, promotion products, or beta tools. We may update these Terms as the product, law, and business model evolve.
