• Contact details you provide, including a phone number if you opt in to SMS promotion features.
• Music profile data such as favorite artists, albums, songs, ratings, reviews, lists, and charts.
• Integration data from services you connect, including Spotify and Last.fm where supported.
• Location details you choose to provide for local charts, such as city, state, and country.
• Consent records, including SMS opt-in status, consent text, version, source, and timestamps.
• Device, usage, log, cookie, security, and diagnostic data from your use of the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Zikmoo, maintain accounts, personalize music profiles, import connected music data, generate charts, support reviews and discussion, improve discovery, protect the service, provide support, and develop artist, label, and staff workflows.

If you opt in, we may use your account, profile, music, location, and consent information to send or target Zikmoo promotional messages, sponsored music alerts, release campaigns, or similar music discovery messages.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host Zikmoo, manage authentication, store data, send email, send SMS, process payments, analyze product health, moderate content, and secure the service.

For artist and label promotion tools, the intended model is that Zikmoo sends campaigns to users who opted in rather than giving artists or labels raw phone numbers. We do not intend to provide raw contact details to artists or labels unless a user authorizes that sharing, a campaign workflow clearly discloses it, or law requires it.

Integrations

When you connect Spotify, Last.fm, or another music service, Zikmoo may request permissions needed to import profile and listening context. You can disconnect integrations through the provider or Zikmoo account settings when available. Disconnecting may not delete information already imported into Zikmoo.

Your Choices

• You can update your profile, display name, handle, email, location, and phone number where available.
• You can choose whether to use profile location for local chart features.
• You can choose whether to receive promotional alerts.
• You can revoke SMS consent by replying STOP when SMS is active or by contacting us.
• You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information by contacting us.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Zikmoo, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain audit records, and improve the product. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

Zikmoo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
